in cognitive physics.  There is no charge to you for this material.

AI-WHEEL.exe is a self extracting zipped-up file, just put it in its own 
directory and RUN (double click).  Then open the "read me" file (0read_me.txt).

It would be helpful if you would feedback any anomalies or confusion you may 
encounter.  Interesting INT and UNV files would also be greatly appreciated.
